Physical Ailments

Every thought that we have invokes a feeling. Our emotions are the physical representation of these feelings. Every thought is stored as emotions in cells as cellular memory. Our brain generates approximately 70,000 thoughts per day. The number of positive and negative thoughts we have on any given day is determined by how we feel and our overall mental health. We easily accept and process positive thoughts, but we have difficulties accepting negative thoughts as we haven’t been taught to do that since childhood. We have been taught crying is for the weak, jealousy and anger are bad, and so on. The accumulation of these unprocessed negative thoughts and emotions in excess manifests into an illness. Every organ tells a story. Different emotions get stored in different body parts. Anger is stored in one part, sadness in the other. These blocks hamper the normal functioning of the organ. For example, unhealthy boundaries can lead to skin diseases like psoriasis, eczema, and even something as common as acne. Someone with diabetes might have some bitterness in life or have control issues. The doctor had a patient who had been detected with borderline diabetes. He realized he had shoved his personal and financial stresses under the carpet, leading to this disease. Once he started acknowledging his emotions, his medicine intake stopped, and he was cured of diabetes. We, as human beings, have bifurcated our emotions into positive and negative. All emotions need to be embraced. Once we learn to do so, our minds automatically change our thought patterns, leading to a healthy and happy life. Helping You Walk Again we are dedicated to helping you walk again and regain your mobility and independence despite physical ailments. Trauma Healing

Any life-threatening events, like accidents, surgeries, and illnesses, have a profound impact on a person’s ecosystem. It impacts his family, work, social life, and finances. It emotionally drains the person and their loved ones. The first emotion we feel when we encounter these events is shock, followed by anger, sadness, fear, and other emotions that get stored in our system. When someone is detected with cancer, the cycle of going to hospitals, getting treatments, and various checkups is an emotionally demanding process. Even after an accident, a person might go through some intense physical changes. The physical wounds might heal with time, but the emotional ones stay. The doctor had a patient who was involved in a terrible car accident. She felt a jerk around her neck when the car crashed. She had to be on bed rest for a week straight as she felt giddy whenever she tried to get up. She gradually got back to her routine. The giddiness subsided, but the spasms continued to bother her. Also, she didn’t feel comfortable travelling in a car. The doctor decided on an Accident Trauma Treatment (ATR) for her to work on her fears and shock. She made a miraculous recovery, overcoming not only her fear of cars, but also her neck pain. Dr. Diplakshmi’s goal while working with a trauma patient is to ensure that the individual is at peace with his or her situation and that they now feel in control of their life!!! Psychiatric Disorders

We hear a lot about anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues on social media and in the news these days. It’s not like these disorders weren’t present before, but people are much more open to discussing them today. Let’s understand them better. All individuals go through emotional and mental trauma at some point in their lives. If suppressed, it leads to major mental illnesses. Imagine a dormant volcano. For years, it could be inactive and not bother its surroundings, but one trigger and the lava would blast and destroy everything within its reach. Every person has some form of defense mechanism. A person might bury their emotions with respect to certain aspects of his or her life as it is hurtful. If this goes on for a long time, it could lead to depression. Everyone feels anxious occasionally, but people who live with constant worry and fear might develop an anxiety disorder that will hamper their day-to-day functioning. A person with OCD has repetitive thoughts wanting to control things around them, probably stemming from some fear. There are several other disorders like PTSD, claustrophobia, anger outbursts, and panic attacks that cause hindrances to people’s lives. Dr. Diplakshmi has treated numerous patients suffering from various neurological disorders with modern medicine and hypnotherapy, all of whom are now living healthy and happy lives. Mental health issues are still considered a stigma in our society. These disorders have multiplied since COVID and need to be addressed. Conversations about mental health are our first step in understanding and learning about them. Let us be kind to ourselves and one another! Helping You Walk Again At our clinic, we understand that psychiatric disorders can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Our team of dedicated experts is here to provide comprehensive, personalized care tailored to your unique needs.

Relationship Guidance

If we ask you the question, “Who do you love?”, what are the answers that pop up? Does your mind immediately jump to parents, partners, children, friends, and so on? Does your list contain that one important person without whom every other relationship becomes insignificant? Any guesses? The person you are supposed to love first and foremost is “YOU”. You might think that sounds selfish. We have all been taught that if we love someone, we must put them first, irrespective of how we feel. Only if they are happy, can we be happy. What if we take a different approach? What if we start focusing on our needs before we are there for others? Even during a flight, for example, the flight attendant says, “Should the cabin lose pressure, oxygen masks will drop from the overhead area. Before assisting others, please put the mask over your own mouth and nose.” Similarly, in life, only when we learn to love and prioritize ourselves, we will be able to spread more love. This famous quote sums it up well: “Remember to fill your cup because you can’t pour from an empty cup.” Even in romantic relationships, we have heard this phrase in multiple movies and books; “Two halves make a full”. When we enter a relationship with that thought process, we are already acting out of a void. Instead, if we focus on completing ourselves first, we will attract a complete partner. Only once we love and accept ourselves just the way we are, will people around us love and accept us. Working on oneself to find our completeness is a beautiful journey. Dr. Diplakshmi helps people by releasing their redundant belief systems and guiding them to find their authentic self! Helping You Walk Again we understand that navigating relationships can be challenging and often require support and guidance. Our dedicated team is here to help you walk again towards a healthier, more fulfilling relationship. We offer a comprehensive approach that includes self-reflection, effective communication, trust rebuilding, and conflict resolution strategies. By engaging in shared activities, setting healthy boundaries, and seeking professional counseling, we empower couples to reconnect and grow together.

Career Guidance

If we were to ask you a question, “Do you love your job?”, what would your response be?If you answered yes, that’s wonderful. Working on a job that you love brings a lot of fulfillment. But if your answer is no, then our career guidance is for you. We all know that a monkey can climb a tree, but a fish can’t. A fish swims in the water, but a monkey can’t. We can’t expect one to have the same qualities as the other. Similarly, we can’t measure children using the same yardstick. Every child is born with a unique talent. From an early age, children can be guided to explore their talents. You might think all this makes sense for kids, but what about adults in their twenties, or even sixties, who haven’t found their passion yet? That’s a good point. As adults, we might be good at our jobs but might not enjoy them or might be doing them for monetary reasons. We take what comes naturally to us for granted. We must find what is best for us. In the career guidance sessions, Dr. Diplakshmi helps us realize our unique talents, which can make us easily successful with ease, happiness, and comfort!!! Helping You Walk Again we recognize that career challenges can impact your overall well-being and sense of purpose. Our Career Guidance program is designed to help you walk again toward a fulfilling and successful professional life. We offer personalized support, including self-assessment, skill development, and strategic planning to align your career path with your passions and strengths. Our expert counselors provide effective tools for job search, interview preparation, and workplace conflict resolution.

Money Manifestation

Money is a beautiful, pious energy, but we unconsciously create blocks around it. We pick up belief systems from our surroundings with respect to money. Basically, if someone we know becomes arrogant after getting rich, we might subconsciously block ourselves from receiving money so as to not become arrogant. Money isn’t to be blamed for people’s arrogance. It’s one of the most positive elements in our lives. Some belief systems and judgements regarding money also get passed on in the family. If our families have been insecure about money, we might feel the same as well. We need to shed them to lead a better life. The doctor had a patient who was very good at her job but hadn’t had a salary hike in years. She had also applied for new jobs but didn’t get called for interviews. During her money-block session, once the doctor explained how she was blocking money in her life, she came into awareness. Within a couple of weeks, she had multiple interviews lined up and joined a new company with an excellent salary hike. Goddess Laxmi bestows blessings of wealth, power, and prosperity. We have Dr. Diplakshmi to guide us in removing our blocks so that we can receive all the fortune we deserve!!! Helping You Walk Again we understand that financial stability is crucial for overall well-being and peace of mind. Our Money Manifestation program is designed to help you walk again towards financial abundance and security. Deaddiction

Addictions can take many forms, including those to alcohol, cigarettes, food, and shopping. One of the most common addictions is food, as it is easily available. Many movies show us how eating ice cream helps us deal with heartbreak. So, instead of processing our grief, we have learned to suppress it with food. We have also learned to suppress our anger and frustration by turning to alcohol as an escape. These addictions only provide us with temporary joy, which later turns to guilt. We feel bad for shopping when it isn’t required or smoking another cigarette when we are trying to quit it in the first place. These habits become harmful in the long run, impacting not just the addicts but the people around them. Every addiction stems from a void. Voids could be anything from self-worth to self-esteem to self-love. We try to fill these voids with substances or materialistic possessions. The doctor had a patient who was a chain smoker. During therapy, she realized her need for smoking came out of a void of self-love. Once she learned to love and focus on herself, her need to reach out for the cigarettes vanished. She hasn’t smoked a single cigarette post-session. Dr. Diplakshmi helps us take charge of our emotions, healing the void in the process and curing addiction automatically. Helping You Walk Again we understand the profound challenges that come with addiction and the impact it can have on every aspect of your life. Our Deaddiction program is dedicated to helping you walk again towards a healthier, substance-free future. We offer a holistic approach that combines medical treatment, psychological support, and lifestyle changes to address the root causes of addiction.

Abuse

Ghosting, possessiveness, manipulation, etc. are terms casually thrown into our conversations these days. Let’s understand them better today. Until recently, only physical and sexual abuse were considered horrific experiences. Additionally, we all need to know that the effects of psychological, emotional, digital, domestic, spiritual, and financial abuses might not be visible, but they create an equally deep mental wound. Something as simple as actions not matching words is called manipulation, and refusing to be held accountable for it is called gaslighting. Victims of gaslighting often end up questioning their perception of reality. Ending all communications and contact with a person without a warning or justification is called ghosting. Both ghosting and gaslighting are examples of psychological or mental abuse. Self-harming when someone doesn’t comply with their demands and screaming at someone publicly or privately are forms of emotional or verbal abuse. Restricting one’s access to their money or sabotaging their job by not allowing them to go to work is called financial abuse. Checking someone’s phone or sharing someone’s intimate photos are examples of digital abuse. We usually think only women go through domestic abuse, but even men face all kinds of abuse at home and might not talk about it openly due to societal pressures, belief systems, and woman-oriented laws. Spiritual abuse means not allowing someone to practice their religion or some people claiming to be religious or spiritual healers take advantage of people’s blind faith in them. But do you know what the worst type of abuse is? The one we inflict upon ourselves. When we don’t exercise regularly, when we overeat, when we smoke or drink excessively and frequently, and when we don’t take care of our bodies, we are showing our bodies and minds the most disrespect. Only once we start prioritizing our physical and mental health do we transfigure from self-abuse to self-love. Any form of abuse creates a deep emotional and mental scar. If left unchecked, we tend to make decisions that subconsciously attract more abuse in our lives. Dr. Diplakshmi guides us to understand our areas of abuse and helps release the pain, leading to a healthy and happy individual!!! Helping You Walk Again we understand the deep and lasting impact that abuse can have on your life and well-being. Our Abuse Recovery program is dedicated to helping you walk again towards healing and empowerment.
