1. General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the discretion of Dr Diplakshmi.

  • Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

    • Cancellation of an appointment within the stipulated time frame (see Cancellation Policy).

    • Technical errors or duplicate payments.

    • Services not rendered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.

  • Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been rendered or partially utilized.


2. Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellation by Client: If you cancel an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellation by Dr Diplakshmi: In the rare event that Dr Diplakshmi needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.


3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at drdiplakshmi@gmail.com or +91 9920059421 within 7 days of the transaction date.

  • Provide the following details in your refund request:

    • Your full name.

    • Date and time of the appointment.

    • Transaction ID or payment reference number.

    • Reason for the refund request.

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and you will be notified of the decision via email.


4. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • If you paid via Razorpay, the refund will be credited back to your source account (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet).

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services or circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have already been rendered or partially utilized.

  • No-shows or missed appointments without prior notice.

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the outcomes of the therapy, as results may vary depending on individual circumstances.


6. Failed or Disputed Transactions

  • If a payment fails but your account is debited, please contact Razorpay’s support team directly for resolution. Dr Diplakshmi is not responsible for technical issues arising from the payment gateway.

  • In case of a disputed transaction, you must provide proof of the failed transaction (e.g., bank statement or payment receipt) to facilitate the refund process.
