- General Refund Policy
Refunds shall be granted at the sole discretion of Dr. Diplakshmi, subject to the terms and conditions of this Policy. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Appointment Cancellation: Refunds shall be provided where the appointment is cancelled within the specified timeframe outlined in Section 2.
- Technical Errors or Duplicate Payments: Refunds will be processed in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors during payment processing via Cashfree Payments.
- Service Non-Delivery: Refunds may be granted in situations where services cannot be rendered due to unforeseen circumstances directly attributable to the Website or service provider.
Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully or partially utilized.
- Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation by the Client:
Clients may cancel their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to qualify for a full refund. No refunds shall be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellation by Dr. Diplakshmi:
In the event that Dr. Diplakshmi cancels or reschedules an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients shall have the option to reschedule the session or receive a full refund of the appointment fee.
- Payment Processing via Cashfree Payments
- All payments made on the Website are securely processed through Cashfree Payments, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway that ensures the confidentiality and security of financial transactions.
- Cashfree Payments is responsible for handling all payment-related information, including credit/debit card details, UPI IDs, and net banking credentials.
- The Website does not collect, process, or store any financial data. Clients experiencing payment-related issues are advised to contact Cashfree Payments Support directly for resolution.
- Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. To initiate a refund, clients must contact drdiplakshmi@gmail.com or call +91 9920059421. The following details are required to process the request:
- Client’s full name.
- Scheduled date and time of the appointment.
- Cashfree Payments transaction ID or payment reference number.
- Transaction amount.
- A detailed reason for requesting the refund.
Refund requests shall be reviewed within 5 business days, and the client will be notified of the decision via email. Incomplete or inaccurate refund requests may result in delays in processing.
- Refund Method and Timeline
- Refunds shall be processed using the original payment method utilized during the transaction.
- Payments processed via Cashfree Payments shall be refunded directly to the source account, such as the bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI ID.
- Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in the client’s account, depending on the policies and processing timelines of the respective payment provider or bank.
- Non-Refundable Services
Refunds shall not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Services that have already been fully or partially rendered.
- Missed appointments or no-shows without prior notice.
- Dissatisfaction with therapy outcomes, as the results may vary depending on individual circumstances and cannot be quantified or guaranteed.
- Voluntary withdrawal or the decision not to proceed with therapy sessions after booking confirmation.
- Failed or Disputed Transactions
- Failed Transactions: In cases where a payment fails but funds are debited from the client’s account, the client must contact Cashfree Payments Support directly for resolution. The Website shall not be held responsible for technical issues originating from the payment gateway.
- Disputed Transactions: To facilitate resolution, clients are required to provide proof of the disputed transaction (e.g., bank statement or payment receipt).
